Movement, is the act or process of moving and especially changing place or position. Every time our body moves there is a quality of energy that is flowing through it, which is then magnified by that movement.
All matter is made of tiny particles called atoms, molecules, and ions. These tiny particles are always in motion – either bumping into each other or vibrating back and forth. It is the motion of particles that creates a form of energy called heat (or thermal) energy that is present in all matter. Skeletal muscles produce subtle movements that result in various facial expressions, eye movements, and respiration. In addition to movement, muscle contraction also fulfills some other important functions in the body, such as posture, joint stability, and heat production while generating heat. It creates the fiery soulful energy; it is the natural source of energy for expression that is in abundance in return it sustains and nourishes our body and our being.
Our bodies are balls of fire layered with electromagnetic force. Our hands are portals of delivering energy from and to the body, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness, using our hands and breath to heal improves the flow of our being and balances our "Qi" life force energy!

Yoga at the park

Stillness, is the absence of movement or sound. Stillness means centering yourself and focusing on completing one particular objective. It means being present in the moment, without allowing yourself to become distracted by anything internal or external.
By taking regular moments to be still and enjoy silence, you ultimately are drawn into yourself, your own mind, allowing you to focus on your thoughts and how you feel. Many of us struggle to think clearly due to the hectic nature of the modern world. Part of being still is choosing not to engage with every thought that presents itself and this can ultimately transfer over to your everyday life, one of the most obvious benefits is that stillness helps you to separate the emotion from the thought. When you are having negative emotions, your mind defaults to fight/flight/freeze mode to try to keep you away from danger.
Our bodies and minds require a reboot, stillness has the power to reenergize your fire ball!
